4.5. DELIVERY

4.5.1. Full payment of the purchase price is a prerequisite for delivery.

4.5.2. OPTIMA 2747 Ltd. will deliver the pigeons at a price of 3000 HUF/each. In case of a larger order it is subject to negotiation. For more information, please call 06-30/253-93-09 or send an e-mail to [email protected]. The buyer may collect the pigeons from the premises of OPTIMA 2747 Ltd.

4.5.3 The date of delivery must be within 14 days of payment of the purchase price. The parties agree to record the exact date and time of delivery within these 14 days. If the parties do not agree on the time of delivery, the date of delivery shall be the 14th day after payment of the purchase price. If it is not a working day, it is the working day before the holiday.)

4.5.4 If the buyer causes any delay in the delivery process, OPTIMA 2747 Ltd may send a notice to the buyer by e-mail or postal mail, stating the new delivery date. If the delivery is not made by the deadline specified in the notice, OPTIMA 2747 Ltd may withdraw from the sale and purchase agreement (see section 8.1). In this case, OPTIMA 2747 Ltd may remove the 'sold' notice from the website for the pigeon concerned and sell the pigeon to another buyer.

In case of withdrawal, the buyer must reimburse all costs and damages incurred due to the delay.

4.5.5 If the buyer decides to take delivery of the pigeons at the premises of OPTIMA 2747 Ltd, the buyer may take delivery of the pigeons in person or through an authorised person. The buyer or his authorised representative must provide appropriate proof of the right to take delivery of the pigeons.

The Parties shall jointly check the condition of the pigeons immediately before delivery.
The Parties shall record the details of the transfer of the right of possession of the Pigeons.
Upon delivery, OPTIMA 2747 Ltd. shall provide the Buyer with an invoice confirming payment of the purchase price.

4.5.6. If the Customer organizes the delivery of the pigeons, the Customer shall bear all costs incurred in connection with the delivery.

OPTIMA2747 Ltd shall hand over to the carrier the documents of the Pigeon, including the transfer of the right of possession and the invoice for payment of the purchase price
OPTIMA 2747 Ltd shall not be liable for the carrier's default or for any damage caused after OPTIMA 2747 Ltd has handed over the Pigeons to the carrier.

4.5.7. From the day the Pigeons are handed over to the Customer or to the carrier, the Customer is responsible for all damages to the Pigeons and all costs incurred in connection with them. From this date, the Customer is entitled to enjoy the benefits related to Pigeons.
